| DANVILLE, VA – The Danville Braves would like to remind fans to arrive to Dan Daniel Memorial Park prior to the gates opening at 6 p.m. for the July 3 game against the Princeton Rays. The Virginia National Guard’s 29th Army Band will begin a pre-game performance on the field promptly at 6 p.m. and will play for 40-45 minutes. So come out to the ballpark early for the game and enjoy a hot dog, a cold beverage and some terrific music from the Army Band, which performed at the 60th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy France in 2004.
